Current Issues
FUNDING
Our current funding in Yorkshire has finished at the end of March 2010, and was a great success with over 1000 trainees funded through the Yorkshire Network of Training Groups. There is now funding available in Yorkshire for a few of the courses we offer and will not last too long, so please do get in touch should you require any training this Summer. The Training Programme will continue as normal and the funding in the North East is still continuing unchanged.

SLUG PELLETING
Please be aware of the restrictions regarding the use of slug pellets and make sure that all operators applying them have their PA4 granular application certificate. This will now form part of your Cross Compliance for all farmers - should you require any further information please contact us
Trailer Driving
Please remember that if a young persons passed their test after 1st Janaury 1997 they will need to pass another driving test using the trailer to enable them to pull a trailer or caravan behind a car or land rover. This is the B + E section of the driving licence. We have funding to enable them to complete this test and it will only cost from £150+ vat.
